Fee Estimates for the installation of New Services at a new home build.

$3,000  water tap and 3/4" water meter fee
$3,000  sewer tap fee
$5,150  basic grinder system
$10,505 duplex grinder system beginning price. Larger systems will require a higher price. 
If a road cut is needed, add $1,000 to the total.

*This estimate is only valid for a single family residence, until the District adopts new rates in a public meeting, and if there are no other extenuating or unusual circumstances when digging (such as rock formations, etc.).  If additional fees beyond this bid are incurred due to rock formations or other barriers that exist or have been installed without the MUD’s knowledge, such as if there are hardships due to topography, or the property owner’s own installation of driveways, culverts, drainage facilities, yard lines, etc., then those additional fees and the possible requirement for removal must also be incurred by the property owner.  The grinder and water meter listed are the base model systems.  The size of the equipment to be required for the project will be determined with a Request for New Services form which includes a review of the final recorded plat for the property, and a review of the home’s For Construction plans.  Other note:  You will only be assigned a work order for the job to begin after the Request for New Services form is reviewed, the fees are received in full by the District, and the form has been signed by the property owner.
