1. If you have moved into an existing home in our District or service area you will need a Utility Billing Agreement.  This form is for water, sewer, and trash services and is also used for sewer service only customers (Deerhaven, Sandy Harbor, The Trails).  See the Fee Schedule for estimates of your monthly rates. 

2. If you are building a new home and need to construct services to your property, you will need a Request for New Services form.  This includes a checklist of items that you will need to provide for the District to approve your new tap.  See the Fee Schedule for new install estimates. 

3. If you need to activate the automatic ACH Debit program (free), you will need the ACH Debits Enrollment form.  This can also be used to change your bank account on file for active program enrollees.
