Llano County MUD #1 will hold a ballot place drawing on Friday, February 23 at 2 p.m.  The drawing is to determine the order in which candidate names will appear on the ballot for the May 4th election to fill two places on the Board of Directors.  There are three candidates who have applied to fill the two postions.
