Sandy Harbor neighbors the community of Blue Lake on the Western side.  Llano County MUD #1 is responsible to provide sewer services to the community of Sandy Harbor.  Residents in this community are Out-of-District sewer customers only.  They are eligible to receive services if they are within 200 ft of a District owned sewer main line.  Anything beyond that must be brought to the lot at the expense of the property owner if they wish to have sewer services.  Otherwise, they are subject to the requirements of an OSSF system under the Llano County Environmental Services jurisdiction.  Find out more information about sewer services by clicking on the Resources tab.  To find out more about the Community of Sandy Harbor, click the image or visit https://sandyharbor.org/ .
